There are 3 reasons why we ask you to arrive exactly at the time of your appointment. 

Number 1

Think about it like this….

You are lying on our massage bed, the lights are low, soft music is playing, and you are totally relaxed, enjoying your massage. 

And then…….

DING DONG the doorbell rings, your masseuse has to interrupt your massage, leave the room to answer the door, and then decide whether to allow the person at the door who has arrived early for their appointment to come into the building, or ask them to come back later. 

Since we have opened, the worst early arrival was 45 minutes early for his appointment, and expected to wait inside the building. 

So, the reason we politely request that you arrive at the time of your appointment is because we are sure you wouldn’t want your appointment interrupted in this way. 

Number 2

The staff may be on a well deserved break.   

It can be difficult trying to juggle appointment times around break times, so when we are having a break, we don’t want it to be interrupted.  Please respect this.

Number 3

You may think Numbers 1 & 2 don’t apply if your appointment is the first one of the day at 9.30am

Our staff have several things to prepare prior to opening.  Please respect this.
